REGENT SEVEN SEAS

Mr. Waite gained
worldwide recognition during his time as special Envoy for the
Archbishop of Canterbury. While working as a diplomat, he became
known for his role as a successful hostage negotiator. He was
dispatched on many occasions to some of the world's most
politically sensitive areas. On one such mission, he was taken
as a hostage himself and remained in captivity for over four
years.
Upon his release, Mr. Waite devoted his life to humanitarian
activities. He heads several charitable organizations around the
world. He has authored several best sellers recounting his life
and his experiences as a hostage.
